2 accidents in 2 days

my brother calls me and says that he dinged his MM wednesday... well he actually got pushed into a gaurd rail for about 10 seconds on the highway on his way home from work. says it is "just scratches". last time i check scratches werent dents. the "lips" of the passenger front and back doors are flared out now and are taken down to bare metal.

ok not THAT bad i think because he is sure that he can have it fixed real easily. he was thrown into by a big trucks gust of wind and a pothole, makes a bad combo huh?

then he calls me yesterday and really floors me. he backed into someone while they were both backing out. not terrible because he was already going to get a new rear bumper... wrong. itdidnt hit the bumper. it hit MY s55 tailight that i had traded him for his stock tailights. and to think i was going to get my tailights back from this weekend... well he is sure he can get that fixed too. best of luck to him i guess....

sorry all you guys that made me offers and what not on the tailights. it looks as if my brother only has one full one now. he claims only the bottom plastic broke off(the black piece on all CV GM and MM) but he doesnt think it is salvagable. man im floored.

is the s55 just paint is it a special treatment?? for example is it like a GTS blackout style cover that is sealed on there and painted or is it just painted? we argued and came up with no answer.

Does he have any of the aftermarket control arms installed? Mac (remember him?) originally developed the control arms(with Zack) because of that EXACT problem you mentioned regarding big trucks. He was having problems with the car moving when the big rigs would either pull beside him or he them. Just curious.

Tell him I'm going to kill him when I see him, those were mine! Adam I have a body guy here in town that can PROBABLY fix it. He fixed my Dad's tailgate top plastic piece that looked horrible, you can't even tell it was damaged. He's very reasonable on pricing too.

thats what he is looking for. my twin Aaron does body work and is darn good, so he will check it out and make sure it can be fixed first.

oh and ill tell him to watch his back lol:D

lol good. It's up to him/you. I know the guy (my Dad coached his son in hockey) and he's always been "our" body guy so he shouldn't charge much.
