This happened to me not too long ago.
The compressor (located under the air box) died. I tested it by applying 12v to the black and red wires.
I can't remember off the top of my head where I bought the new one but it was really hard to find. It wasn't expensive either. Everyone reccomends that you replace the dryer as well. The new compressor came with a new dryer so you won't need to order one. I wish I had known that before I ordered mine lol.
I'll check the receipt tonight when I get home. Anyway, as a temporary fix to get my butt off the stops, I followed the plan of another member here who had the same problem. He used a large air compressor but since all I had was my little air compressor (the kind you plug into your cigarette lighter), I used that. Connect the air compressor to the air out line that comes from the car's compressor. It's a black tube that is removed by pushing down on the orange (or red?) ring. Turn the compressor on and start the car. The soliniods will open for ten seconds allowing air into the shocks, then they close to prevent leakage. After ten seconds, shut the car off and start it again. I did this repeatedly until the car was at a sufficient height. Once there, remember to turn off the trunk switch so the solinoids don't open and discharge all the air you worked so hard to put in.
It took me about 15 minutes to remove the old compressor and about the same to install the new one. It's pretty easy. You will have to come up with some kind of adaptor to connect your air compressor to the tube that won't damage the air line. My comression-type, bicycle-style connector worked fine.
All this, assuming it's a problem with your compressor, of course. It could also be a leak in your air bags. Do you hear the compressor run for about 10 seconds when you start your car?

I had the same prob with mine last week. Not only did the air sus. quit working but also the vap steering quit. Felt like it didnt have any power steering, was a buger to drive. Took it to the dealer to find out that there is a control module that had gone out. Cost me $532 to have it fixed, the part was $382. You can fix this by yourself it you knew for sure that this was your prob. the module is located behind the glovebox, just open the dor squeez the sides in and you can see the box. It would take you about five minutes to do it.

I went here: http://www.trademotion.com/partlocator/index.cfm?action=getLocator&siteid=214290&chapter=DP2FV0&appSectionid=24&groupid=20009&subgroupid=60296&make=23&model=Marauder&year=2003&catalogid=1 $160.
Everyone says to get a new dryer too. You don't need to buy one as the new compressor already has one on it.
