After having a fuel pump replaced my dealer said they had to replace the PCM.

The dealership has changed ownership since they installed the chip I bought from Reinhart Automotive several years ago and they were not pleased to see it.

They would not put it on the new PCM. They even said something about the chip possibly causing the PCM to fail. That's BS...I think the chip has been on it for at least 4 years.

My question is can I use the same chip on the new PCM?

The old code was BMDO. The new one is JHM1.

Oh...and by the way...untill I get the chip installed, approximately how much is my speedometer off because of the 410 gears?

Thanks!

Give Dennis a call explain the situation to him I'am sure he will work with you if you can provide proof of purchase of chip & new pcm.
