16" Rims

Will these fit on my Marauder?

16" steel rims, 6.5" wide, 5 bolt 41/2"?

I tried to buy some but the trainee who was selling them to me refused to sell them to me and said they wouldn't fit over the brakes.

Is this true?

FWIW....It's quite possible they may not fit. I just got done going through the wheel buying task for my 2004 CV. I had an old set of steelies for my 1994 CV which would not work because the 2004 front calipers are larger.
