Just bought em'.
Im gonna have the insides (of the spokes) painted DPB.
This will make 4 full sets of rims I have for this car:
Stock
Chromed
Winter
Mustang Fanblades:

Please post pics when you're done. I can pick up a set of those locally pretty cheap. I think I'd like my Crown Victoria Sport to look like a Crown Victoria Sport again. I bet they look awesome on your car with the added paint scheme. Go for it!

$212.50 a piece from Blackburn Hubcap and Wheel in Maceedonia Ohio.
I dont even have them back yet.

A cuple of things.

Before you paint them, mount them up and take pics. Please. This will give us a good comparison of the before and after.

Also, are the center caps "smooth." If so, I have an idea for what to do with them.

Ill mount em, but I just bought the rims, not the tires.
Ill have to see if the center caps are included, I wasnt really thinking about them, til now :D

They will not be a perfect fit, however they well fit. They stick out a about 1/16". That's if there the same size mustang wheels I put on my marauder:)

I love the look of the Bullitt style rims for the 05's+ in 18". Black Bullitts would look sweet on my car and I wouldn't need to buy tires.:D

I saw 2 ford cars, a Fusion 'pace' car and a Mustang at the Ford 500 with the same treatment Zack is planning. They were 18" and the treatment looks very good. I'll try to get the pics off the GF's camera and post them.

I was under the impression that the Marauder was a step brother of the cobra...Seeing that it has the same engine, and all...
that would alos mean that the Torino's of yester-year shouldn't have had Snakes on them...

Zack, I don't like that the wheels made the car look just like a CV sport. I'd rather use stock wheels or a different design aftermarket wheel (probably in 19 and 20).

I bet it must handle UNBELIEVABLE, though, with those tires. Nice rubber.

I think the blue paint would actually help. I'd do it, just so it doesn't look CV. My 2cents.

Our rims are an important part of the cars character. Something is lost when you swap them out.
