Thats a LOT of money. Albeit, it is ALOT OF CAR for the price you're paying (an unmolested blue with 1,700 miles).

I didn't pay that much new in '03 for mine....but then again my wheels were dirtier than those.:D

^^^^^^^ +1! ^^^^^^^^

If I could talk Ms. CH into selling her Escape, I think I could make room in the garage for this one. A man can't own too many BLUE Marauders!

Good lord it's beautiful. Don't worry about the price, it is what it should be based on rarity/condition/mileage.

ITS almost as clean as my DTR...:D only jokeing cleanest marauder i ever laid eyes on. mine was as clean at one time but i started driving it in the rain and now its going to see its first winter. its been four years garage queen days are over.. time to drive..... up date I thought I was going to drive the marauder this winter I bought a house and sold my other car for some extra cash. my cousin steped in and said you cant drive the mm in the snow and salt. and gave me his 04 honda accord to drive so my mm was spared another winter thanks matt..

I just don't get it?

What was the point of garage queening her for 4 yrs. if you are eventually going to drive her in all conditions (even snow) in the future?

Is the whole point to only use and enjoy the Marauder once it is out of factory warranty?

I also can't seem to understand the seller of that UNBELIEVABLY CLEAN MARAUDER. So clean, so nice, yet under 2k miles?

He kept it as clean as heaven and never drove it. All for what? The future owner to enjoy?

Please don't take offence to this post. It's just that I believe that cars are designed to be used in order to enjoy. Spoil them with goodies and clean them, SURE! But use them. I won't go as far as saying that they should be used in snowy conditions. That is even too far for me and plain funny for a former garage queen.

The argument is 2 fold.
If there weren't guys like this, we wouldnt have car museums.
On the other hand, a car is useless if its not driven.

WOW, I wish I had an extra $29K.

But even if I did I don't think I would buy it. I want a winter driver so I don't ruin my DTR.

I couldn't make this my Winter car.

Absolute Gorgeous!!! That is the cleanist Marauder/ Car I have ever seen... And I have seen them right from the Factory. Defenately a museum Piece.
Call The Henry Ford Museum, or something to that effect...they may buy it. It's worth a shot.

A crazy idea but hay you never know, Jay Leno has 3 Marauders in his Auto collection, that Car you have might be one he would be interested in because of the beautiful cond you kept it in. Send the info & picks too his web site or show in LA. He might even pay you a little more.

I was told by another member today that Jay Leno had 3 of them. A few minutes ago I was on " Jay Leno's Garage " web site for the first time to check it out and their is a section that you can post your car on to show Jay your ride. It seams that the person who told me Jay Leno has 3 Marauder's was wrong, so I'm correcting my self, sorry about that. But their is 4 Marauder owners who posted their cars their.

You don't even want to know what gravel road dust has done to my engine compartment. :bigcry:

That 1970 Monte Carlo SS 454 is one of only 1,919 made.

1970 was the first year for both the Monte Carlo and the 454. I'd love to see a couple pics of that one. I don't like too many GM's but that one is at the top of my list.

If I had a garage spot to park it in, I'd be all over this. I couldn't live with myself for having to park it outside!

Maybe if I bribe the wife to park her 06 Explorer outside.....
