I sold my Marauder, VIN 2MEHM75V33X622178, to Carmax a few months ago. If somebody here purchases this car, I have the Vin-locked Super-Chips engine programmer for that car (which holds the original program). That car also has 4.10's, so you'll want that original program in the ECU should it visit the dealer.
Anyway -- If this car comes up on someones radar, I'll gladly ship you this programmer --Since it is VIN locked, it is useless to me, but very useful to the new owner.
PS to Mercury Marauder . Net owners -- I'm not sure if it exists or not, but a proper registry of owners and VIN's could be very useful for situations like this.
PS to Mercury Marauder owners who have haven't "chipped" their cars: These simple ECU mods are worth EVERY CENT! I have been 100% satisfied with my Superchips ECU programmer. I'm not sure if I felt a huge power increase, but the enhancement in shift-firmness is phenomenal!
