well back in august i had to tag my car for 2008 and i thought i would apply for a personal plate. Tha lady at the tag office said i might have to wait up to four months to recieve my tag so i have been waiting paitently but still hoping every time i go to the mailbox and pick up the mail but no plate. Then yesterday i went to check the mail and guess what was there. It may get me in trouble but it will be fun.:)

For a regular plate we are allowed 8 letters, the custom plate only allow 6.

Ohhhhhh, So YOU'RE the one who took my first choice ! Yours forever dude, yours forever...... I got Dragcity on February 25, 1985. Let it expire in 1990 after I got married and stopped racing. Couldn't get Marauder (wonder why) so I called and asked why DRAGCITY was not available on line. Person at DMV asks who I am and I told them my name. She says, "Uh, yeah, that's because You own them"...."Do you want them re-issued?"

DUH..... I reply "Yes ma'am" The rest is history....

Once I start racing again (someday when the Wife is gone I'm sure) I'll rivet them onto my dragster and retire them as daily drive plates....
