:wave:Hello Everyone,

Just installed my BC Auto. (3,500) TC, with a full J-mod and E-250 pan.

Haven't had a chance to stomp on it yet, as it is raining hard right now...:(

But, I can feel the difference...Definietly need to get used to the different feel...;)

I LOVE IT!!!

Can't wait to let her rip!!! :burnout:

Do you have a tune from DR or Lidio via SCT? I'm wondering if the j-mod will add too much harshness to my SCT tune. LOVE the Lidio tune!!!!:D

Just make sure you giddyup and don't yee or haw!!!! And don't for get the whoa at the end!!!

Next, we went into a field where all three of us learned the basics of muleskinning (wagon handling), which included the basic teamster commands. I’ll never see Little House in the Prairie in the same light again. The commands are few, but powerful. A quiet “gid dep” moves them forward, “whoa” stops them, “back” puts them in reverse, “gee” (or jee) turns them right, and “haw” (or hoi) turns them left.

Thanks Magindat, that's funny... ;)

OK...GIDDYUP!!!:banana2::banan a2:

Got Lidio's tune...I can tell you Taemian, that the shifts get really soft, with the 3,500 TC... the higher the stall the softer the shifts..

With my 3,500...I got it (SCT) max'ed out at 25% and like it...not too harsh at all...Light or part throttle (shifts) seems normal ( no difference from without the J-mod), it's when you stomp on it (WOT), that the shifts hit hard :burnout:...Just the way I wanted it...:banana2:

Haven't really let it shift at WOT yet, because of the rain...But I tested it, and the heavier the throttle the harder the shift...AWESOME:beer:

I'm just waiting to see how much it will bark 1-2 AND 2-3 shifts...:P

Also raised the drive idle speed to make up for the higher stall...so I don't need to press the trottle so much to really get moving...

Just loving it!!!

Sounds sweet, I will most likely be calling Darrin after I get the 'Charger installed this Spring. So I'm assuming the E-250 pan bolts right up? Does it hold any more fluid than the stock?

Congrats on your new Mod. If it's anything like my set up (and it appears it is) I have some advice.......The white pedestrian crossing lines will NOT be your friend.:burnout:

Sounds great, local! How much green is that converter? I think that is the one I will get. Can't wait to hear how you like it at WOT. Congrats on a great mod  Wish you knew what it was worth...

Definitely NOT with a high stall. I don't even have one, and it's no issue. Search for J-MOD under the transmission forum, and you'll see my complete report.

Thanks guys... ;)

Raudy...You'll be kick'en some serious a$$ with that set up...

Yes, the E-250 pan bolts right up...No, it does not hold more fluid...just has a drain plug...Part # F8UZ-7A194-AA @$70 bucks, can't go wrong...

Yeah, I found out that the white strips (cross walk) is slippery, when I used to ride Harleys...Now, I practice my drifting on them...LOL :D

Hey Clark, It's a little more expensive than the PI's...But hey...speed costs...

I can tell you though...I 'am MUCH quicker now...and spinning the tires with just throttle...UNBELIEVEABLE!!! :burnout:

TC feels tight for a 3,500...and the torque it puts out REALLY launches the car...

Now, this cobra BITES... :banana2:

You guys will love it...

Thanks again everyone, for the well wishes...:)

Oh you are going to love it when you stomp on the throttle. My BC torque 3500 stall converter actually felt far better on the street and track than my previous PI 3000. I was quite surprised that it was better on the street. It may also have been combined with the built BC tranny too....All I know I love it all....:D

I was sitting at a light & the car was not warmed up yet, so it stalled. I put it in Neutral, start it, pull into drive, WHAM! I thought I was rear ended again! The new trans engaged immediately, while the higher rpm's from starting it have not fully lowered yet. Quite different from my old slush box. I used to throw it into drive and wait for the trans. to engage.

I now have about 28 miles on the new trans. Now I'm ready to go WOT & it snows:(. Maybe if the weather clears this weekend, while I'm going to get the exhaust worked on.
