Change the CD changer for a MP3 player

Very nice for those who have everything else in their car. I have to think about it a little longer for myself (already have a apple Ipod and trying to save up for a SC kit). Hope someone finds this helpful.

To ease your uneasiness, Kenwood has the very same thing produced by phatnoise but called the music keg. available at all Kenwood dealers. I have seen them as low as $399.

I wish the one for our car was that price. I wouldnt think twice then. Would have been intransit by now. Its a diffent set for the Kenwoods tho. And as for the name, you could change it from phat to FAT if you really wanted. Nah really, its in the trunk so the only time I would look at it is when I would get a couple more CDs, Have over 10 GB already.

There are better priced for the gigs they have in them. I have been thinking of getting one for my marauder but have not decided yet.

Thats a much better price but it doesnt have the OEM look and feel. I think I'll need to look at this site in a year and hopefully it will go down in price.

I've been using a 30 GB iPod with cassette and power adapter. It's the greatest thing since Tivo. Don't even keep CD's in the changer anymore...
