As usual I'm leaving everything to the last minute and by doing so I'm having hard time finding the 16x7 CVPI steelies where I live. If anyone knows any places where I can purchase these rims I would really appreciate it.

P.S.....Found a local autobody shop who prep the crown vics for the police and local taxi service and even they have no rims for me so I'm really running out of time b4 the real bad crap hits our roads:snowman:

Ford's quote.....$140 each

The size is:
16X7, 5 LUG, 4 1/2" BOLT PATTERN, 54MM OFFSET

Part number is:
5W7Z-1007-AA...............CVPI

Check ALL the auto wreckers out there. I can get a set for $200, with center caps from 3 different places here. Make sure you get the revised rims (12 slot, not the 7 or 8 slot), as the earlier ones had a problem with high speed bead loss. Many PD's experienced this scary thing, hence the 12 slot was born. They must've reinforced the bead area, as well as used more slots for cooling.

Check out Millers Auto Recycling in Fort Erie. Steve usually has a few sets. I think they are 50 bucks a piece.

Just got off the phone with Ford, today a newer price, go figure... $121.80

Would love to order from Ray but shipping charges to Canada will be huge, maybe I'll pm him and find out anyway.

Miller's shows 2 from 2005 Crown Vic. Maybe drive down there one day and talk to Steve in person? I know when I call them they give me some BS but when I actually go down there and talk to them, they say totally different stuff.

BTW did you call Queensway Auto Recyclers off Lyon's Creek Rd? They usually have a nice fleet of Panthers.

That's still much higher than I've seen from your average dealer around here.

For example, here's the price from a regular dealer:$53.59 (http://www.trademotion.com/partlocator/index.cfm?siteid=214259)

The MSRP for it is $81.20 so you're getting ***** by markup even at $121.80.
