Here is my # 8, 04 water to air kit, this car had 9800 miles on the clock, the owner just sold the car, it had been in storage for over a year, we spent three days on this car, upgrading the Maf from a suck through to a blow through, we added a Pro guard along with twin GT fuel pumps. We added a pillar pod relocating the boost and fuel pressure gauges to the pillar, installed a transmission temp gauge and volt meter and the oil pressure gauge in front of the shifter. This car is immaculate it had a 300 stall 410 gears Dynotech drive shaft Addco sway bar KVR 12 front and rear rotors, we flushed his brakes and radiator, installed a larger K&N re tuned the car, it made 430 three years ago it left here with 445 RWHP.

Looks good.

Do you attribute the extra power to breaking in, or due to the new MAF?

Steve, I think with the larger air cleaner, and the re tune with the 05 GT maf it does help.

I am the lucky new owner of this car. For Dennis to say it is immaculate, is an understatement. It was so clean it looked like it was better than new. Thanks to Zrauder for taking such good care of this car and for allowing me to buy it.
I'd also like to thank Dennis. He graciously answered all my questions/concerns leading up to the purchase of this car and then went beyond the call of duty to get all the work done on it in time for me to get on the road home (I live in Colorado), after I bought the car and brought it to his shop. This even included mods I asked for after he was already working on it, like the A-pillar and adding a trans temp guage (which required a new deep transmission pan).
The work he performed is all first rate, as is his knowledge of these cars, and I can't recommend him enough. I just wish I lived closer to his shop. But then, I'd melt my credit cards, if I lived too close...
This is not to say I am unhappy with the car as is. It's performance exceeds what I expected. It is an absolutely amazing car. I think it would give my (stock) 03 Mustang Cobra convertible a good race. It feels faster, in fact. And I can take my wife and son in this car. (My son has gotten too big to easily fit in the back of the Cobra.)
Thanks again.

I only got pulled over once. I got a warning for 5-9 over a couple hours before I made it home. He trooper was very nice, and I think the only reason he stopped me was that there were a few icy spots on the road. I was running 9 over at the time (on a two lane road). He was going the other way in an unmarked CV with an instant on. There was no one close enough to me to have the detector give me any warning.
After I started the climb to CO (I live at over 5800 feet), the mileage dropped to 18-19 mpg, running 69-79 mph. I was running around 20 at 78-79 on the trip from your shop to Dallas. And that included one sprint up top 120. Boy, it sure got there quick, too.

Thank you Chip, and I am glad you got home safe and sound, I did not think you would mine the excerpt, maybe in the spring we can install a Escort SRX and John can do you a deal on the the AVIC, me and Sheila enjoyed dinner, and we hope to see you again.
