Went to the dealer to order a replacement floor mat.

Their computer said no longer manufactured!

Looks like Ford has killed the Marauder.

If they are YW3Z-5413300-AAA............. they are still available.....

My catalog shows them as fitting the "Feature Car" which I think translates to 'Marauder' but i don't have actual proof...........

I don't have a catalog listing that actually says "Marauder"

I'll keep checking...................... .............................. ..........................

I just checked my catalog here at Magarity Ford. Floor mats are still listed. Your parts guy might not have scrolled through the whole catalog. The part number is 3W3Z-5413300-AAA.

www.mercuryvehicles.com under "Accessories" for the Marauder list the part numer for the carpeted floor mats with logo as 1W3Z-5413300-AAD...

So...what is it? My drivers side is worn to the core in a large place and I'd like to pick up a couple sets...

you're not supposed to wear golf shoes while driving.

I know, 'Poke...I actually just noticed it the other day. Instead of just out the driver's side...I removed the mat as well.

Wish this was a Warranty item...Oh, well...I need to just find a couple of sets before they go "Bye-Bye".

P.S. I can't FIND a course that will let me on with spikes...it's ALL "soft-spikes' now

I purchased the heavy duty rubber mats at the dealer. Kept the originals in their wrapper.

Great John...once again you prove how much smarter you are than me ;)

So...can anyone confirm the right part # for the "logo mats" that came with the car?

Am I missing something here??? You have a 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty--bumper to bumper--if the custom mats are listed under original equipment in any brochure or your window sticker---they should be covered--check with your dealer--no satisfaction, contact Ford headquarters, Warranty division---they were not OPTIONS, they were STANDARD EQUIPMENT!!!

I think they'd probably use that "wear and tear" clause against ya on that one :(

I'd argue that under "Reasonable use warranty" you could expect more than one year's service--give it a try

I went to Menards and bought some low profile black carpeting, cut it in the shape of the floor mats and leave them on top of the Marauder mats. 6500 miles and the originals are in perfect condition.

Actually, this part number (3W3Z-5413300-AAA) is showing to be rear floor mats. I think Jefferson has it right...

This is the part number I was given for front and rear floor mats 3W3Z-5413300-AAB
I haven't ordered any yet though. Maybe Jefferson can clear it up

The Dealer while removing the seat to fix the airbag melted a spot the size of a 1/2 dollar.

They went to order a new one and thats when the parts computer came up "no longer mfg.".

They sent it out to a trim shop to have it repaired. I know the trim shop and the guy is as old as Methuselah, but he works miracles.

Will wait to see what happens.

sailsmen - I think the dealer is trying to:bs: you. The mats should be available. Insist on a new mat.

If the mats are no longer availble, what would the '04s have?
I think John is right, the mats must still be in the system

I thought the same thing but the trim shop can't be much cheaper then $45?

I have a set on order. Parts man couldn't believe that he couldn't get the right set, so he's trying to order a set just to see if he can get the right ones! I'll let you know what comes in.

OK, no problem. I have seen the real ones through Ford. Just thought that for anyone who was looking for a substitute to save the originals, these might do the trick.

P/N #3w3z-5413300-AAA.

Interesting in that the dealer still could not locate them put said to tell them how much and they will cut me a check.
