SB on Rt. 228 in Waldorf, Maryland

Saw a Silver Birch in Waldorf Maryland Friday night. It was about 1am heading towards Waldorf. I doubt its someone on the site because the wheels were 22's I was in my Black '93 Camry.

I was going to say maybe it was SILVER SURFER until you said it had 22s
