4" tips when they come, probably will be installed in the spring.

I see that JDM sells exhaust parts, but do they install?

I went to Mufflex (http://www.mufflex-performance.com/) in Trenton, didn't know where to go and read about them on some forums. Here (http://www.crownvic.net/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=1139475&page=0&fpart=6#Post1343454) is some info on my exhaust setup.

Mufflex is one of the best in NJ. I had my full exhaust done there last year. I don't think JDM will do the tips. They are more into tuning and power adder installs.

Cool, sounds like I picked a good place with Mufflex. They were very quick & reasonably priced. I do not hear any rattling or rubbing at all. Although I do see small clean spots on the tips where they slightly touch the bumper cover.
