Does it already have a tune on it or were you just trying to wing it?

There is a tune on it, but it's for a Mach 1. It would have to be erased first.

I thought if you had a serial number you could download updated tune files right from Diablo's web site....

Install the tune first. Feel the new shift points and so forth. Go from there.
