These were in the glove box of my SB....
I have no idea where they go as nothing appears to be missing.

the only one I know of is that the middle part fits on the metal piece that has the bolt that holds the seat to the floorboard. I try putting mine's on but it always magically comes back off and ends up fumbling around the floorboard.

Hmmmmm.. That is interesting. I have noticed that the front, underside "flap" that holds the front of the upholstery to the frame is detached on both the driver's and passenger's seats. I have not had time to crane my head under there to figure out how to re-attach.

I noticed it on mine when I bought the car although mine is still attached. Its just exposed as I keep the seats all the way back for the leg room.

Yep, they sure are seat track covers. The one in the middle looks like a front cover, and the other two look like rear of front seat track covers.
+2 for the seat track covers or some such.

If you figure it out, let us know. My drivers seat has been like that for a while now and no matter what I do it keeps coming undone again. I'm not sure if something is broken or if I'm not just attaching it right. I can't get a good enough angle to see under there.

They go on a piece of the seat frame. If you feel around there you will find it. the plastic part has a groove that snaps on the metal. If you do it right it will stay put.

Common problem, mine is like that too. I tried to reattach it myself, to no avail, and I had a guy at the dealership try it when I was in for service; he spent about 15 minutes with one arm up under the seat and couldn't get it reattached. I think to do it right you have to pull the seat out of the car so you can work on it directly, and then screw/epoxy/permanently attach the clip to the seat frame to get it to stay put. I haven't wanted to bother with that yet, so it dangles for now...I'm just worried that if I leave it long enough the front padding is going to fall out of the seat or something.

Do a search on that seat flap. One of the members posted a couple of diagrams that show how that seat material hooks onto the frame. Without you could spend hours and not figure it out. One look at the diagrams and you could almost do it while driving! :D
