Hi, I am a newbie, and also new to forums in general. Glad there is such a place. This is super. Any way, just took delivery of my adopted 04 a few days ago. Now I see things I did not see at first. One that iriates me is the head lights seem to have some little bubbles or it could possiby be some sort of dust particle inside the lense. More so like bubbles in teh plastic though, and it is uniform on both lens. Surly this can not be the way they were supposed to be. Odd though because this has been a garage kept baby. It looks like they will have to be replaced. I have seen two different styles on Ebay one looking close to OEM any ideas on this. Oh, one of the guys at work told me to take them out and back them in the oven.

replace them...they are not that expensive. Never heard of bubbles, have heard of moisture though. PM me, I can get them cheap.

Welcome aboard. Never heard of bubbles like stated above, however my driver headlight had like, white "corrosion" looking crap on it, just used some Flitz and never saw it again.

Welcome.

I know exactly what you are talking about. My headlights have done it over time. Its just somethign that happens with age and clear headlights. The plastic just changes with the sun/cold/pitting, ect. I'll most likely buy new headlights next year.
