Exiting I-290 WB at Higgins Road in Schaumburg, I was pulling up to the line in the far left turn lane when a black MM passed by along Higgins Road, heading eastbound in the right lane. This was around 12:45-1:00pm this most recently past Sunday afternoon with the nice arctic cold.
