I was just looking at, online, a 300A Canadian Car with Traction control. Now I know all Canadian market Marauders had Traction Control, but I thought they were all 300B's. Only this one has the in Dash clock.

So is it a 300 A or 300 B?

There was a thread about this a while back. The Canadian Marauders had their own option group. It had many 300a and 300b specific parts. They also had symbols for the autometer gauges instead of writing oil and volts, to make it bilingual.

I have a Canadian 300A... It has everything you'd expect in a 300A (dash clock, etc.), plus traction control and the crappy spare that goes along with it...

Full size spare =300A
Crappy spare =300B
Mercury's idea is don't give the the customer more value. If you add a option you have to delete an option? Remote gas cap,map pockets on front seats etc.....
