A few weeks ago I had the brakes pads replaced on my MM and my GM.
I also had the rotors turned and the fluild replaced.

The pedal pressure on the GM is nearly half of what it takes to stop the MM.
No wobblies, squeaks or pulls.

What's wrong? The lines still haves air or bad lines?

I haven't been back to shop.

Air in the lines, bleed the brakes and use slow steady pressure when pumping the pedal. We did new brakes in my fathers F-150 and he slammed the brakes up and down hard to build up the pedal pressure which put air in the lines. After bleeding them, all was well.

If the brake system has air in the lines the pedel will go closer to the floor when brakes are applied. Air compresses giving greater travel of the brake pedel.

Gravity bleeding is the easiest way to bleed

Doesn't the GM have more over-boosted brakes than the MM just by design? The calipers are different

...other than steel pistons in the calipers of police (& MM?) front brakes, I thought all '03< Panthers had the same calipers?

I have never owned a panther other than the MM -- I thought I read in literature that the "other" cars didn't have dual piston calipers front/rear like the MM

All the panther platform cars have dual-piston from '98 on.
