Hey guys,
Here's an idea for a get-together in April. 03mmmonroe, frdwrnch, and I went last year, lots of great Ford-only vehicles plus tours of Roush-Fenway.
4<SUP>th</SUP> annual Ford Owners Association Spring Fling 2008.
It will be April 26<SUP>th</SUP>, 2008 and will be at ROUSH/Fenway Racing again this year. Registration will be from 8:00am–12 noon.
We will be supporting the Dove House in Iredell County again this year. We have one major change this year in awards. We will be awarding the top three in each category instead of the top 25 from the show. Awards will be by popular vote.
The classes this year are as follows:
Mustangs -1964 ½-78, 1978-1993, 1994-1999, 2000-04, 2005-present
Mustangs Factory Performance - Roush/Saleen/Shelby/Foose/etc.
Ford – pre-1942, 1946-59, 1960-69, 1970-79, 1980-89, 1990-99, 2000-present
Edsel/Lincoln/Mercury
Modifieds
Street Rods
Trucks – pre 1980’s, 1980-present
Tractor
Best of Show
We will also have popular vote for Best Paint, Best Interior, Best Engine.
Awards for Longest Distance, Worst Looking Tee Shirt, Hard Luck Story, Biggest Gas Hog, Roush Racing Choice.
Again this year we will have a silent auction, live auction, raffle prizes, and a 50/50 drawing. Vendors and food vendors will be available. We also have two tours of the Roush/Fenway race shops again this year.
We also have a guest hotel this year with FOAC rates. There’s a link from our site or the phone number is on the flyer. You must reserve a room before April 5<SUP>th</SUP> for the FOAC rate.

If you don't want to show your car I believe admission to the show is free. There were a couple of nice Mercs there last year (including a great '49 lead sled), but our brand was definitely under-represented. I'm planning to go, how about the rest of the crew; Tom, the Red Line Beauty would be a big hit!
