i was trying to run my fuel line for my new nitrous kit and while removing my fuel pressure sender, the 1/18 male to 1/8 female fitting on my fuel rail snapped and with nothing for me to grab with pliers or anything... i need advice on how to remove.

You'll more than likely need a screw extractor kit or tool of some sort, then you'll have to clean the lines.

If you have a dremel with a cut off wheel, you can carefully cut a slot into the piece that's stuck and remove it with a straight blade screwdriver.
