Hi my name is Alex and Im from Dayton Ohio. Currently I have a '99 Crown Vic (P71). Yea yea, I know I dont exactly belong here yet. But in the future that will change. Black or silver MM, dont know just yet lol. Anyway, I put videos of my car up every so often, and stumble across a Marauder with the Trilogy kit....:bows::banana2::beer:. It makes my car look so puiny. So thats the plan. Decent mileage Marauder, and some form of forced induction. Figured Id join now and learn some lingo ;)

I am a member of crownvic.net, this looks like a really nice forum, glad to be aboard!

We need a major Buckeye gathering this spring/summer. There are so many new people I have yet to meet.

Anyone have a preference? Columbus?

Mat,
We could have a meet in April or May in Columbus, Ontario [Steve's Dakota Steak House] . What ever works for the most people.
Open for suggestions. Let me know preferences of dates and locations.

DaleWe need another restaurant to meet at. The food was very disappointing to say the least, when we were there earlier this month. At least one gross, possibly spoiled salad, Ribs that were like shoe leather, replaced by another order of ribs that were just as bad. Those meals were free. Two Prime Rib that were overdone. That was only at our end of the table.

How about The Claddagh Irish Pub? The one off Polaris Pkwy in Columbus?

http://columbusoh.about.com/gi/dynamic/offsite.htm?zi=1/XJ&sdn=columbusoh&cdn=citiestowns&tm=14&gps=113_403_1020_591&f=00&su=p284.9.336.ip_p529.5.336.ip _&tt=2&bt=1&bts=1&zu=http%3A//www.claddaghirishpubs.com/locationdetail.php%3Floc_id%3D 19

I'm only going if Killjoy goes.

This is just a suggestion of course...lets get something going.

I have never been there, but it is VERY close to me.

I prefer Barley's Smokehouse in Grandview. We had a meet there once.

Either place is good. Lets try to get a BIG Buckeye meet going for sometime this summer. It does not have to be a collosal EAM style thing...just dinner, and some caravan-ing will be fine. I'd like to try to get all the new Ohio peeps together.

Polaris is convenient to I-71. There are a lot of eating places in the area.
A suggestion that I have is that the United Ford Owners club has a FREE Cruise In at Quaker Steak and Lube on Polaris. I am trying to find out their date for the May Cruise. The meeting to decide the dates is February 13th. Besides Quaker Steak & Lube there is a nice Italian Resturant and Roadhouse Grill close by. This cruise is on Saturday and registration is around 4:00.

We should start a new thread about a Spring Meet.
