I took off my cover yesterday to give her a bath, and left it off last night. I went out for a bit today, came back to this. I was pissed! I thought someone vandalized my car because it was fine when I left. I called my Dad and told him. He's like, "Oh that was be my accident. I was on the phone and I wasn't paying attention back up, I thought i had plenty of room and my trailer hitch hit it." Well I had a few words with my Dad let me tell you! At least I know it was an accident and not an act of vandalization. He already told me though he ordered me TWO brand new grilles from Ford! I asked why two? He told me he knew I wanted a badgeless grille and he knew I needed two. Not a bad deal eh?

Have you looked at the back of a new body style F150? It's huge, not to mention he has the heavy payload package and it sits as high as an F350. His trailer hitch is huge, and that's what smoked it. He hit it just once, that's all it took. Those little things are actually brittle. I never realized it. I'm grateful that's all he hit, he was close to my lights, not to mention my bumper.

I had some lady back it to my grill looked about the same. The worst part was my car was running with the lights on and had only been parked in front of my office for 45 seconds(so I could lock up) I could not run fast enough or shout loud enough to stop her.
For the badge less grill all you need is a couple of the old fins. If you have any extra can you send me like 4 or 5.
Sorry for your loss atleast your dad is trying to make it better.

lol I was just shocked he didn't call me and tell. He was like, "Damn! I was hoping the new one would come before you noticed." I notice every little thing on my car!

Before I worked in the large town I'm in, I worked for a smaller city, pop. about 4000. Me being the new cop, I didn't know who was who, so I just wrote tickets to whoever and for whatever they did wrong. It made me super unpopular. SO unpopular infact that someone kicked the grill of my MM in and flattened all the tires on it, in the back lot of the station. I was super pi$$ed too, so I wrote even more tickets to everyone I stopped.

Did you smack their brakelights with the night stick and say (you've got a busted taillight, 200 dollar fine)

No but anyone who name dropped, I know "so and so", got a ticket. I would just say "oh you know that guy... I hate that guy.. be right back with your ticket." I know I know...abuse of power...bad cop no donut..
Just broke my arm this morning.

That's classic hacklemerc. Zack, what do you mean? Anywho, are there enough bars there on that grille to make a badgeless from?

Can you still make them with your broken arm?
how bad is it?
Jarod, now mine is nicer than yours for the time being.... plus Badgeless= hideous.
How much for the chrome emblem though... i blacked mine out and just want a chrome one as a spare.

I think your Dad should be "Grounded" for 2 weeks. One week for the accident and another week for not telling you about it. Time to hand over the keys Daddy-O. ;)

Great photo of that blue car of yours.
It reminds me of the best part of my wife that I have been married to for 44 years. It has changed a bit over the years. Like being bigger that it should be!
Either she does something about it or a little 'body work' may be required. Of course, I can do it at no charge. I'll put a lock on the refrigerator!
It is rather obvious my wife is not on this site.

I like your reaction. Anyone who ever says they don't deserve a ticket should remember that 95% of the time that they desrved one and didn't get it. Keep writing them out. BTW, I m not assiciated with the and enforcement organization icluding the Mafia!
