In the Meziere instructions it's stated that if you have after market under-drive pulleys, you will need a smaller belt. Well th OEM belt is 92.5" and to put the tensioner in the middle of it's throw I had to use a belt 2" smaller(90.5"). I figured this information would be useful for a baseline (+ or - .5")for anyone going into this combination.

All the more reason why I love my EMP waterpump. U/D pullies and no need to change belt sizes. Another plus!

And the inability to cool off in the staging lane. Another minus.:D

How noticable is the SOTP feeling? Does it compare to a Cold air? Underdrive pulleys perhaps?

Its supposed to give you 10hp to the crank so its a very slight SOTP feeling but you will notice the engine spooling up a bit quicker.

I'm gonna have to let you know later as for I just finished the install yesterday. I've done some low rpm runs to break the unit in, and plan to do some high RPM runs today. I have notice that the engine spools up even faster. I'll verify later on today.

The correct P/N for a N/A Marauder wanting to use a Goodyear Gatorback Serpentine Belt with an underdrive crank pulley & a Meziere Electric Water pump is: P/N 4060915

that P/N means that belt is 6 rib and 91.5 in length, which would put the tensioner close to the edge of it's swing span(at least in my MM). I used a belt 1" shorter to put the tensioner smack dab in the middle of it Swing. I'm not saying your choice in belt is wrong, I'm just trying to educate other in how to read belt size and what factors to take into consideration in choosing the correct belt for the correct application.

Well I guess we are going to have to try that theary out a Bradenton. I'll even let you leave the line first. Want to put a beer on it?

Yeah I am thinking about doing this with a 180 degree stat and colder plugs for the spring. I think those Items with a dynotune combined with what I already have will hold me over until I can get a PI...

Same here, and also a K&N cold air intake, but I have a couple of races to go to first.
