That must be really rare to see one in California with all those cars around there... I just read a snapple bottle cap yesterday that said there are 3x more cars in California than there are people!!! I have been out to California in the long beach and San Diego area and inbetween and I BELIEVE IT!!

Could have been me; I live in Tracy and commute to Pleasanton. I seen one going west on Stanley Blvd in Livermore was that you?

And yes Marauders are very rare in this area.

I'm often on Stanley, but more abouts the Railroad Avenue side. I'm typically driving to the train station since I have to commute all the way into the bay area every day.

Tracy to Pleasanton isn't that bad, except 205/580 is always a bear. The days when I drive in to work, it can take me 1.5 hours. 2 hours if I'm coming from Mountain House. That traffic just sucks. I've recently discovered that cruise control really helps me with gas mileage once I get to 680:2thumbs:, as long as I can fight the urge to open the throttle a bit. Otherwise, I can burn a half a tank a day. But the train really seems to work out better.

Whooh half a tank! Your foot must be really heavy; I usually get 300-310 with my foot in the pedal! So are you stock or? I just ordered a Tune from Lidio should be here next week! Cant wait. Wondering how much the tune would affect mileage.

I'm stock..for now. Bought my first mod this month. A progaurd, lol. Next, I'm looking at the sway bars. Then maybe the 4.10 or tune or other little things. And then maybe the J-mod. Then maybe a Precision TC. Then save up for a Trilogy (for if I go back to the midwest someday-no smog)! So little time and so little money, ho hum. In the meantime, there is a pecking order when I have extra $$$.

Let me know about the tune. Mileage is a concern for me at the current time.

88,

Just to let you now I recieved the X3 w/Lidio's tune and let me just say dont wait for the tune just get it! Lidio's tune works as advertised. Shift schedule is how it should have been from the manufacturer firm at throttle and smooth at half throttle. I've heard shifts are much more aggresive on the DR tune so I went with Lido instead. No regrets. Gains at WOT is addictive and not to mentions no more trans hunting. Overall, very impressed with Lidio's tune and I "HIGHLY RECOMMED" it. Also, if your interested in driving one and in the Tracy area PM me.
