IMHO, yes if you get them for the base price. I would suspect they can be repaired.

The rims cost between $100 and $150 to be refinished.
Consider that when bidding.

Not in a million years. I wouldn't pay just shipping on those wheels. Someone is wasting a ton of $ on those. You will spend a ton of money fixing them to still have sub-par repaired wheels. They aren't too hard to find good ones, if you look around.

The wheel refinishers I contacted said the aftermarket clear coats will not be as clear and bright as OE. That did it for me, I just bought a brand new wheel. It's worth it to not have the hassle. There are very nice single OE wheels on ebay around $200/each pretty often. I've seen sets of nice OE wheels w/ tires go around $600, 650. Considering wheels that sell in that price range do not need super $$$$ and questionable quality refurb done, it's worth buying good OE stuff if you can get it.

I would take a pass on these. I bought two wheels in excellent condition & a third with a very small curb scratch off of ebay a couple months ago for a total of $200! Just keep looking.
