I'll tease you with this.
We just finished mocking up a CAI kit on a 2002 Crown Vic and dyno testing it as well.

Let me say that we had very good results.
I'll post pics and graphs in the morning.
Parts will take about 2-3 weeks to produce and the kit will be VERY affordable.
