Linda gots a whistle?

I did the best I could by going through the archives on FIT's old forum. If it's incorrect, please help me correct it.

The archive show Teamrope having 18 and 19, but his sig says 19. i knew he had 2 cars, so I assumed?? :dunno:

Found it. 19 says a Ford/Mercury Dealership in Kansas.

18 says TeamRope.

I'm sure Greg has a list Rich, give him a call.

His list would be by buyer's real name which I'm not really interested in exposing nor do I wish to try to connect real name with screen name.

After going through the FIT archive, I've filled in quite a bit.

There's a few used kits floating around I'm trying to identify for their new owners.

Joe Walsh #17 needs an asterisk (*) next to his that indicates owned but not yet installed ... still think he is getting around to that. :o

Brutus #14 (think Brutus sold his MM a year or more ago (2 ??) ... don't know who picked it up or whether they are on the board).

Joe Walsh

JEEZ!!! .....:o

Charlie, did you have to remind everyone of this fact!

After dropping $8,000 on the forged motor and $4,000+ on the Procharger; Modding finances have dried up!.....:depress:

I still need to build the rear with gears, axles, differential, etc; buy a GT fuel pump, a BAP, a tuner and a MAFia extender. THEN I'll get around to the install.......
then the dyno tune...then the soon to be broken transmission.

I did once with my P1SC but it only happened when I shredded a belt when a tensioner broke. Part of the belt got wrapped around the pulley damaging the gasket. No problems at all with the D1SC.

There was one in an episode of Alias http://www.imcdb.org/vehicle_40427-Mercury-Marauder-2003.html and one in an episode of Drive http://www.imcdb.org/vehicle_100672-Mercury-Marauder-2003.html. These may or may not have been the FITs, but I'd bet a wooden nickel they are...

Unless the firm sold them, there's two S/C Marauders garaged somewhere in the Greater LA area. I wonder what other little gems they've got tucked away in that garage...

Steve, I'm really glad you're enjoying the Marauder. You named her "Black Sunshine" eh? I guess I know where the sunshine part comes from. She couldn't have gone to a better guy as far as passing on a passion for a vehicle - I know she's well taken care of.

Have fun and be safe my friend.

Well, look who it is!

Yes, I thought the name was appropriate. I love the responses the yellow valve covers elicit every time I pop the hood. They're quite the conversation piece.

Of course, her theme song is "Supercharger Heaven".

I promise to take good care of her, just as you did. She has an easy life ahead of her as a fair weather only weekend cruiser, show car attendant (and winner), and occasional track-runner.

Stop by from time to time and of course, expect the occasional email with more of my silly questions.

Thanks for everything.

Actually, Brian, there were 2 #3 kits, mine being one of them.

The P1sc unit was in my car until a week ago when it was swapped out for a D1sc. It is now going into a girls Mustang (The P1sc) for her first blower setup. BTW, I popped my motor back in March and built a 5.1 stroker....

Yes I did and I'm proud of it. These cars are becoming more rare and this is the place to keep up with the history of it as much as we can. Hehe!! Therefore this needs to be updated.

It depends on what you call getting into it. I've only seen 5 psi tops at any time, no more than 1/2 throttle ever. I just love the way it drives, sounds and feels with what I just said. I love this car all over again. Hate to think what I'd feel like if I would have waited 2 years as I planned. Thanks Dom!

Somebody has to represent the older blowers. Lemonade will be turning the 160K mile mark this week since it's my daily driver, but the drive train is still going strong. Have to look into a new set of rear tires though, since it still rips them up.

I have a P1SC unit just not in the MM yet, just purchased a the pipes, and guages for my DIY kit that I have been working on for a couple years. I have 90% of the parts now with just the IC and BOV remaining as the only major parts.

I was gonna start the install in November but just blew out my knee and probably will have to wait till next summer. Need the knee completely rebuilt so I don't want to take the car down and have it sitting for 6 months while I rehab.

I've had the head unit about 2.5 years now. Probaby gonna send it out to be refreshed and upgraded before the install.

Every time I get started on it something happens and I have to put it on hold. New AC, roof, doors, and floors in the house, sick dogs, and now a bum knee. Waiting for the wife to tell me to sell it so we can do the kitchen next.
