Since there is alot of people with hi-milage Marauders being driven in ALL conditions, what is your choice of wiper blade replacements?

I usually buy the cheapys but for my mm nothing but the best. Bosch $24.99 ea . been on for 2yrs and so far so good.
I did buy the rain ex wipers for my truck during the summer and what a waste of money they ony lasted 5 months. so i upgraded to boush as well ..

Do you still have the originals? If so, is at least one of them still good? I'm interested in buying them.
I'm using an Anco replacement that's similar.

I just got them a couple months ago, they are really awesome so far, best wipers I have ever had. I got them by accident, wife bought them for me. I hear they cost a decent penny. But yeah, they are great in the rain, I have had lots of various brands and wiper types and these can only be described as refined.

Did you buy them for your marauder? because the mm does not have the hook wiper arms.

Tirerack has these for sale, regular price $23 bucks now $20... Here's the write up.
"The wiper insert of all PIAA wiper blades is made of silicone rubber, which ensures greater visibility by coating the windshield with silicone to promote continuous water beading in inclement weather. Water beads up into droplets at low speeds that are easily removed by ordinary wiping. And at higher speeds, wind pressure pushes the water off the windshield, often without even requiring wiper use. The silicone coating also reduces drag and eliminates annoying and inefficient chattering, regardless of the shape of the windshield to provide greater comfort for both driver and passenger. And the best part is that PIAA Super Silicone Wiper Blades reapply the silicone coating every time the wipers are used.
PIAA wiper blades maintain a sharp, clean edge and offer better resistance to all climates - heat, ozone, ultra-violet, and wear - clearly out performing the industry standard.
That's what PIAA Super Silicone Wiper Blades can do for you. They are so advanced it may be another century before windshield wiper blades improve again."

I replaced mine with Reflex wiper blades.

They work good, not too noisy, much better than stock.

Go to rain-x 's web site. Get 2 blades for like 18$ each and the 'super pak' or something comes with them. Worth every penny and you'll never-ever go back.

I used to use the double bladed wipers on my Mustang, they cleaned nice but they would retain water and it would drip/spit (with the wind) back on the windshield.

Does anyone know how to remove the wiper arms? Do you need a special tool to raise the nut cover and are the arms keyed on the spindle to attach in one position?
Thanks,

I was happy with the factory blades also. Depending on where you live you will definitely have to replace them around 6 months or at first snow.

Never mind. I figured it out, and yes they are keyed to one position.

Two weeks ago I discovered my wipers were disintegrating, so I visited Advance Auto and I, too, bought the Bosch Icon blades.
They are not cheap ($17.99 ea.), and I've only had them 2 weeks, but they appear to wipe the windshield more consistently/evenly/silently than the 'conventional' type-----and they look pretty darn good, too, IMHO. (For whatever that's worth!:P)
I'll post results after a few months' time to share how they perform over the longer haul.

Which number did you get. I purchased a pair from Autozone, but had to take them back since they were the hook style. Didn't find Icons for our cars on they're web site

My 300a needs a pin style not a hook so I went with the neoform from trico. This set has been on for over 6 months so far so good:) I have icons on my mustang. I like them too.
