If you want to embed the video into the forum this is what you have to do.

Take the code behind the = which is QObBCUJUuug then you will put *youtube*QObBCUJUuug*/youtube* Replace the * with [.and.] to box in the word, also don't forget the forward / in front of the second youtube word.
