Its not until you get that first really deep scratch that you actually start enjoying the car for what it is

I did that and it says the file is too big. I posted the pic in the gallery and tried to link it that way but that didn't work either. :bigcry:

it says the file is too big. jpegs can only be 100k...if you don't have any picture editing software, you can use Microsoft Paint, which I believe is included with Windows, to make the file smaller.

My Marauder is not my daily driver and I still have 46K on her now. I go out of my way to drive her.

I can never understand those who claim to enjoy their car, be it a Marauder or other, and never or hardly drive it.

I honestly believe that cars CANNOT be fully enjoyed without driving them and keeping them with ridiculously low miles only serves the next owner of the car who will be able to actually drive it and thus...enjoy it.

Around me people drive Bentleys, AMG Benzes, and others as daily drivers. While rare, a Marauder is no Ferrari (or other exotic) and was built to be DRIVEN!!!!

17000 now , and i seem to get less time every year, i should hit 100000 mi some time in 2025. but i have several cars so i bounce around alot, my daily driver is a 68 cougar or my truck but i do still get to enjoy them, but if it makes some people happy to leave it sittting in the garage so be it, i agree that there not as much fun as when your out ruining the rear tires.

100K on a 4.6L 4V?

Dude.... it is ALMOST broken in! :)

I had a 96 Daily Driven Cobra with a Vortech and other mods.... Drove it HARD well past 100K.

Only problem I had with that car... the rear axles must've been unbalanced or something... I couldn't keep a rear set of tires on that car for the life of me! :)

It appears that you are right on the make for 12k miles a year...in the winter. When the summer months roll around that number may double. But don't worry, you'll enjoy the MM experience twice as much.

I should be ready to join that club in 15 years.

Even after 17 years my Mustang only had 97500 miles on it.

Pretty good for a car that has been half way around the world, And even places I've never been.

Canada, built.

Calgary sold.

Vancouver for trip on boat to England, Via Oakland California & Panama canal.

England Folkstowe and then London, Oxford, and area.

Then Bournmouth (several years later) and back on a boat to Tacoma, Via Panama.

Tacoma to Vancouver.

Back to Calgary and the area.

Traded it in for my Subie.

Which i traded for my Marauder.

I only have 45,589 on my 03 Marauder. I have a take home Panther, so I don't have time to really enjoy my Marauder, but I be damn if I'm saving it for a next owner...
