The quality is good.
You may need to change the contour of the rear emblem for it to fit perfectly.

The car motorsports ones are nice but I like the COLEX products better. They are also easy to install. I did them myself which is a miracle since I'm mechanically handicapped. You can find the COLEX link on the homepage of this site.

You have to cut some of the grill behind the emblem to make it fit. As long as you can cut plastic you are OK. I used a Dremel.

Behind the front emblem is not flat. The back od the CAR badge is. You have to grind down or cut away the high spot.

I have Carmotosports grille, steering wheel and rear emblems. Besides the fact of a lot of people asking me if I am a firefighter I get a lot of compliments on them.

Here is the rear one which jimlam56 talked about with changing the contour. It is made with a curve in it to follow the curve of the trunk which has the god's head facing at 9 on the clock instead of at 10/11 which the other emblems look their best at.

Yeah they are def. bling bling for the car. Most of the time on nice sunny days I can catch the sun reflecting off the front emblem on the road or on the vehicle in front of me lol.

Car Motorsports Emblems are great and are very easy to install. The back requires a test run or two to match up the emblem curve with the curve on the trunklid. They look great and really sparkle, but the one on my trunk pitted within a single day of driving through the snow (probably salted) - that caught me totally by surprise.

A couple coats of clear on the emblems should help that after u get the pits out!!!!

I've been tinking about removing the emblem from the trunk lid and not replacing it with anything. Kinda going with that less is more look. Am I correct in guessing that there is just glue holding it on and no pins through the lid?

Your on to something there. When I took the original emblem off I liked the look of the rear - but already had the new emblem so that was that. Assuming I can't get the pits buffed out I was considering going gloss black on the emblem - similar effect I imagine

No it has two line up holes for the badge so ur going to have to have them Filled in with a GOOD body filler, and i CAN'T STRESS good enough here, or use a lead filler rod which is what i would do. If u have a UA Black and if u get a good enough body guy you could do a blend of the black, then spot clear, then buff the deck lid. All other colors will require a blend and then complete clear of the deck lid. That would at least cost about $1000. I just hate the rakes. Its a marauder it should just have the gods head logo.

I really like the CAR Motorsports emblems. I had to beat on the rear one with a rubber mallet to get the right contour, but easy enough I guess to make it look right.

Ok good i didnt think u would but in my few years of doing body work on the side u look at what some people try to do and it like what the hell were they thinking. :cry:Then they want u to fix it the cheepo way. :argue:

I like the gods head facing straight up instead of moved to the side.

I would really like to know what the people at ford were thinking when they used the gods head for most of the car then use the rakes on the out side.

I also get tired of the people at red lights who dont know what the car is, because the only name is on the bumber, and proceed to make fun of it. Just like the lit says "Marauder....If u can read this ur about to be blown away" and thats what happens everytime.:burnout:
