Some times while driving down the hwy my car feels like something is wrong with the suspension handleing. I have checked the sway bar links & mounts checked the shocks by bushing up & down on each corner everything semes ok. How do I check that bolth air bags are good ?

I believe the rear airbags just control rear ride height.

The air bags are actually air springs. They do control the ride height, but they also will effect how the car feels or handles. If you were to load up the trunk with some weight, the air bags should have to adjust the ride height & increase the pressure inside to maintain that height. This would make the car feel different due to the increase in pressure.

How Many Miles On Your Marauder? Have You Changed Your Front/rear Shocks Yet. Mine Felt That Way Before I Replaced Them With New Kyb Units At About 60,000 Miles. Once Changed, The Car Felt Like It Did Before.

My experience (with Town Car(s) I've had/been around prior to the Marauder, anyway) is they either work, or they don't work.
Work = Car sitting normally.
Work/Leaking = air compressor cycles intermittantly while parked (easiest to hear if it's garage kept). My TC was constantly "adjusting" itself while parked. Had 75K+ miles on it towards the end of the useful life of the air springs.
Not working = Assend of car distinctly lower and/or practically on the ground. Car rides like a Conestoga wagon.
Not my experience with this platform/suspension to have a smooshy/swaying ride due to malfunctioning air springs (if those are your symptoms).
Could it be the lovely, cold weather we're having these days? The bite of winter brings out the worst in your car's ride and road imperfections.

The suspension is constantly self adjusting itself to handle what it is given... I had the mm filled with 5 people and when we all got out the rear end was about 4 inches higher than usual.... then the system drained itself back to normal... your compressor shouldnt be real loud... if it is... it is probably on its way out!! If the light on the dash comes on and it starts riding rough... time for a new one!!
