Hey fellas after reading your all's threads:lol: on the first mod a tune seems to be the one that is the one mentioned the most. So I broke down and ordered a Lidio tune on thursday. Should recieve the Xcal III next week. This really is a "sickness" right after I ordered I wondered; High Stall TC, 4.10, CAI.........:bigcry:

You have officially been assimilated. But you are suppose to say, as Magindat & I said, I'm never going to 4.10, I don't need a supercharger, and who needs widened wheels.....I shouldn't have said that, I don't have widened wheels yet.

Looks like its you 3rd mod. You've already got Flowmasters and a K&N in your sig....same mods as mine. Good work!

I am the second owner; this would be my first mod for the Merc. I am glad the exhaust is out of the way (more sound vs performance gains). And yes I have been assimilated....:bows:

I'd suggest the CAI, and then DR's Cobra exhaust or headers, just to free up some air and exhaust flow. Once you do that the 4.10 will push you back in the seat. The High stall TC is best servered when you get your tranny built up to handle the extreme launch: hardened input shaft and Red alto cluches, and so on.

Update! Plugged in the X3 uploaded Lidio's tune and took her for a quick spin. ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW!. The tune really makes a big difference in the way the car drives. The transmission shifts are right on and LOVE WOT to 6100RPMS! Even driving around town no more hunting for gears. Highway, around town doesnt matter the car just responds like it was meant to be! Lidio thanks for a great tune. Fellas thanks for the input. This is money well spent!
