Figure its time to change the fluid in the intercooler, what is the procedure for doing this? This is a standard Reinhart air-water intercooled Vortech setup. I'm curious as the reservoir is in a middle location between the heat exchange air box and the radiator panel of the system. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, both on procedure and coolant mix.

Thanks

If the tank is behind the drivers side foglight....

There is a petcock in the tank you can open, just look for it.
As for refilling, pull the cap off, then take the radiator cover off.
There will be a straight thru access hole directly to the tank under that cover.
I always used a long piece of 5/8" hose with a funnel to refill the tank.
Hope this helped.

Or, you can pull a hose, run the pump and drain the tank.
Then install a flush tee in the return hose and fill it there.
