OK I found out that the Hampton is booked full and the Hotel carlise is booked full. I can get 15 rooms at the Holiday Inn for a group rate of 150.00 a nite. But I will need to know who would want to stay there? Need to know by Monday. Or can anyone who has already booked a room get us a rate there.I do not know what else is around there. Oh and I would need a room mate to split cost!

This is the Ford show of all Ford shows, thousands of cars and vendors line up for this event. Celebrity judging, TV and movie cars show up, Plus raffles to win cars. I went last year for the first time and I couldnt wait for this year to do it again. Think of the biggest car show you ever attended but only dedicated for Fords over 3 three days.

I just booked at the Ramada Limited Carlisle for $120 per night thru Expedia.com. There are other hotels with rooms at higher and lower rates. Here is a link.

You may want to check for hotels in Harrisburg area..it's only 15 miles away and since it's still early there may be some rooms still available.

I'm looking good for the Hampton. Just double checked the confirmation I got so I have a place to sleep.

Also confirmed they are booked, pending any late - last minute cancelations. I'm sure mine will not be one of them !

Just a quick note that rooms seem to be quickly evaporating within a 5 mile radius of the fairgrounds. Check the above locations for availability to stay with a fellow mm.net member - then widen your search for more selection.

I guess we need to do this a year in advance to get us all together in '09?? :shake:

Best,

You are right, I was thinking of York when I posted that, which is about 40 miles away.
