I found myself parked next to a beautiful DTR with a wing and the Florida license plate "OLDE KID" today at Bonaventure Cemetery in Savannah, GA around 1 PM today. Very, very shiny, tires glossed, dark tint on the windows and gold inserts in the bumper script. Anyone here? Damn nice car if so.

Yah, that be our very own John and Denise. They are even nicer than the MM is.

I was shocked that the only car in the parking lot was a Silver Birch MM. I looked around and didn't see anyone and hoped to see the owner later on, but when we left, you were gone. I guess it's a small world after all.

I was equally surprised to find another MM next to mine, especially a red one. My girlfriend thought I was a little crazy to be going on so much about finding another car like mine... Though I felt a bit bad about how dirty mine was compared to yours. (Poor car, it *badly* needs a wax and detailing.) Too bad we missed each other, but as you said, it's a small world that two MM owners happened to cross paths while vacationing.

We were there just to take pictures, and I guess I missed the best opportunity of the day. I sure wish we could have met you and your girlfriend.

We got back in town today, and I was just surprised to see that you had posted.

We had a great time in Savannah, and yours was the only MM that we saw the entire trip. It would have been cool if we could have gotten together. I was going to post on this thread, saying that we saw a Silver Birch at the cemetary, but you beat me to it.

Tell your girlfriend that you're not crazy. We are just another part of your family, and she needs to accept that.

Oh, I took the opportunity to snap a couple of pics of the two cars together before I left...I'll post them once I get the opportunity to get them off the camera!

Here's a pic I took of my DTR at the Tybee Island lighthouse, while we were in the Savannah area.
