Hello All,

I have been salivating over Marauders for over a year and now that my truck is dead after 202,000 miles, my wife is letting me get a MM. It is listed as item 190202495316 on ebay. I actually live in Dallas so I was able to go check it out before I completed all the paperwork (got it for $15,900)

My question is during my final inspection are there anythings I should pay closer attention to?(other than major stuff like engine, transmission) They are buffing out all the little scratches and basically repairing anything I point out.

Last question. Where is the best place for me to the OEM spoiler? Does anyone sell it in red?

Seriously, last question....Isn't that Marauder Super Clean?

...my wife is letting me get a MM.
Did you read the fine print about aftermarket add-ons? Gotta get her to agree to those too. :D

I think that the OEM spoiler was only offered initially in Black and Blue. Most come just primed/unpainted. Check with Ray "The Dealer" about availability and pricing.

BTW -- Welcome to the MM.Net :welcome1:

I don't believe the factory spoilers come painted in DTR.

That car is clean! Well except the dash trim with the hole in it, looks like it was for a mic to a CB radio or something?

But its fully loaded! So i say go for it! You wont regret owning a DTR

Welcome!

There are very few issues with the MM. You'll love it!

Welcome from North of the 49th! Look forward to seeing how long it takes before you become addicted to the mods. Should take about a week...

Wow, nice, is that the original paint? If so, I might look into a DTR in the long term future.

And only thing missing are the heated seats, but hey its plenty sunny down there. And you're lucky to have trunk organizer already in there, I had to buy mine

What is the thingy/hole in the fake carbon fibre dash trim?

Easy way to check or find things is to take it through a high pressure touchless car wash. This will check the seals on windows, sunroof, doors and trunk.

Always have an inspection done from another mechanic, so they can tell you what else it needs.

Listen to the stereo and open and close the backdoors a couple of times. If anything is loose you will soon know. Replacing the stock amp/sub unit is a good idea though. Try running the Stereo test thingy. see manual.

Move the seats, both of them. Test the lumbar support. sit in the back seat at least once. Try out the door keyless entry system with the factory code. If they don't have it have them find it for you, may involve taking the drivers door panel off.

Test the wipers in the high pressure wash. Make sure the lights all work in all the settings. Carwashes help for this too.

make sure the tires are the right size and the spare too.

Test the CD changer. Is there a CD Changer?

What is wrong with the dash carbon fibre look trim on the left side of the steering wheel?

also check your tint laws.
