I was wondering if any of you guys know how much money in labor it would cost me to have kooks headers installed

Zack did them in 7 hours, with rusty bolts, by himself.

Normally it takes me 3-5 when the hardware cooperates.

Kooks quoted me $2300 to install long tube headers, a set of magnaflow cats, X-pipe, magnaflow mufflers and re-using my pipes from the mufflers to the tips.
Thats why I dont have headers yet. :(

Kooks are too expensive for folks with a modest budget. Try FRPP cermanic coated Cobra shorty headers with a Cobra X-pipe and hi-flow CATS (2) connected to your OEM mufflers and tail pipes. Installed is $1,000. But, as I've been told OEM mufflers and tailpipes just rob your HP. Look at my sig.

Headers, converter, gears and a tune wakes the MM right up. Do a search! I think BillyGman wrote a long post on the install in his garage. They are not bad to do yourself. PM me your info. I have something you might like.

I'm certainly not as fast as Zack is. My wife tells me I take forever to get things done sometimes.
But if you want here is my write up on installing the Stainless Works units on my car.http://http://www.motorcitymarauders.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3530 (http://www.motorcitymarauders.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3530)

After my cobra exhaust I still have 2.25'' Flomasters and the stock tailpipe. How much horsepower to you think I would gain if I made it all 2.5? Worth it?

Also consider drone and noise for ~10HP?

Good Point, my friend has an 04 cobra with the same magnaflow catted X and it has flowmaster 40's (probably the non-deltaflow) its all 2.5'' and it seems a bit louder than mine from inside the car not obnoxious but its quite apparent.

Between full exhaust and intake spacer, I picked 40HP on a N/A (naturally aspirated) Marauder.

I got a great deal. Labor was only about $250.
