This time a little closer to home, just across the street to be exact.
At about 3:40 today, I was about to make the turn onto my block when low and behold the blue taxi again, this time I got to see the plates for myself, (shoulda wrote them down).
And he saw me and I saw him, he was paused at the green for him, (or pondering whether to run the yellow . . ), and saw me staring back at him, he went through the intersection and, as he was halfway through, I put up my hand and waved, and he waved back and went on to southern blvd. or 149th st., I forget which way he turned.
I thought about following him, but I had no MM.net calling cards on me (I was thinking about printing some last night too), and I wanted to take advantage of the beginning rain to wipe down the ol' girl before I covered her for the weekend. I gotta start bringing a camera in the glove compartment, in case, I ever have an accident, and also for these times when we I see mystery marauders.
