Ok guy I went through alot of post and made up a installation file not sure if this was done before but just trying to help all that come after me. If anyone else would like to add to the file do so and repost or edit where needed thanks....Thanks to cyclone03, Zack, and five0 and billygman all old post but very informative.
File updated thanks Zack....
Kooks now makes the drivers side header flange with a notch so you dont have to mess with the dipstick.
Shorten #4 upper and #7 lower stud.
Shorten the main battery cable stud on the starter for easier reinstall.
The motor needs to be raised to inistall the passenger side header.
Use anti-seize! Reuse the factory studs and nuts!
The AC compressor needs to be unbolted and moved forward.
You can leave the top starter bolt out

There are actually several detailed installation threads.
All are old back to 2003.
BillyGMan did one, and several of us added to it.
