okay we all do the thermostat at 185 but since it's getting back hot what would be your opinion on running the marauder wide open like the mustang guys and gals do for the summer months

It sounds good in theory, but it's wrong. Without the thermostat or some sort of restrictor the coolant passes through the radiator to quickly for the efficient transfer of heat. You can purchase restictors from speed shops and catalouges but guessing the correct orifice size might be tricky. You may also be too cold to go into closed loop unles you have a tune for it. I think I would just leave it alone.

I dont have a thermostat in the Kenne Bell car.

I leave it out cause the Blower makes a LOT of heat.
