Spotted a silver birch in D.C. on newyork ave. at the BP gas station close to love night club saturday night / sunday morning around 4am. I made a u turn came back around and you were gone. Spotted you again on rt.50 east bound and you took the glenarden exit. Looked like it had D.C. tags and tinted windows. Anyone here?
