Out back I'll just adj. the air hieght,Flomasters (little more sound),How'bout a CAI,K&N or JLT????,last but not least,a SCT X-CAL.II?? I'll keep the 3.55's for now ,3.73's maybe some day. :welcome1:Suggestion, go with the tune first. Also, consider going to 4:10 gears. These two mods will really wake up the car. 3:73's won't get you much over the stock 3:55's; the 4:10's will dramatically improve low-end performance, with little sacrifice on the highway (maybe 200 rpm at 75, 1 mpg in fuel economy).

welcome to the site :)

BTW, the springs suck, many people complain of a very harsh ride, just pick up anther set of MM or P71 springs and cut an inch out, and it will still have a great ride and then dont forget to lower the rear air suspension.

Go big, Go JLT!

And if you're think of a tune why not the new SCT III? Its what I'm going to get.

And +2 on the 4.10s biggest bang for the buck and according to some sources, it was what was supposed to go in the MM originally

From someone who just paid Ford to remove the Eibach kit from there car.... DON'T get it! It makes the ride awful and the tires get eaten up. It's a bouncy harsh ride, if you want good suspension then get the QA1 setup... had it in my Crown Vic and it was great!

No Eibach for me,where can I find a QA1 setup? How much did it drop? Anybody have any stock MM or P71 springs for sale? Thanks

Welcome!

I cut 1 Full Coil from my Front Springs. It dropped the front about 3/4". I then adjusted the Rear Air Bags to the same. No change in ride, and the stance is MUCH improved!

Get a Tune, FIRST! I cannot tell you how many people do other Mods, then admit they should have just gotten the Tune from the get-go. Lidio and Dennis Reinhart both have Tunes for about the same price.

Lastly, if you are wanting a performance gain, do not install 3.73 Gears. They are too close to the stockers, and will not give the satisfaction of a performance gain per dollar spent. Go with the tried and true 4.10's. No need to reinvent the wheel....

1 full coil,3/4" drop, that sounds good to me I just want " That look" I'd like to go with the SCT Livewire What about this J-mod ? Will it work with the livewire preprogramed tunes? or do I need a custom tune for that. Dale

If you get the Tuner from a Vendor here..... it will.

If you get it elsewhere.....
