I was driving the company Exploder this afternoon, and given the nice weather, took it to the local Delta Sonic for a car wash. As I was pulling around to the car wash entrance I noticed what I thought was a MM pulling into the entrance as well, so I pulled up behind it. At first I noticed that the tail lights and reverse lights looked kinda odd. And the waterfall emblem on the rear was replaced with a gods-head emblem. It wasn't until after exiting the wash and waiting for the guy to dry off the Exploder that I noticed that the wheels were all wrong. They looked like chromed 5-spoke Mustang rims. As he pulled out of the "drying bay" I got a better look at the rear bumper (now that it was cleaned off) and saw that it didn't have "Marauder" molded into it. My best guess is that it was a GM and he swapped some parts around to make a MM clone.
Anyone in the Chicago/DuPage County area know who this might be?

I hate that *****, so when that asshat goes and sells, he'll label it as a Marauder. That's why MM's are so cheap, becaus we have too many wanabe's out there.

They think your car b bi**hin, thats all.
But i would not feel the same about theres.
At least they'd have the respect to not ding your doors, unlike some people. So as long as you can get in your car, dont be mad, get glad :D
I saw him yesterday around 3:45 northbound Belmont at the tracks.
Definitely not a MM. I passed him up and I know he saw my pipes as I wizzed past.

Saw another one that I couldn't tell what it was today while shoveling snow in the company lot. I was far enough away from the street that I couldn't exactly identify it. It looked like a MM with black rims instead. I could tell they weren't CV rims, since the outer edge of the rim was chrome, and there wasn't a spotlight... I just wish I would have noticed the exhaust. So, if someone was driving along Rogers Street (along the tracks) in Downers Grove...
