Spotted on Post Oak BLVD. & West Alabama near the galleria. Right next to Piatto's (Italian restaurant) around 6:00 P.M. Thursday. Guessing he works in the area because I've seen it go by before (I work at Piatto's as a Waiter). I'd say next time pull in and chat but I just quit working their yesterday.
