The Pioneer AVH P400DVD is in stock now. I have 2 of these new units. 400.00 plus shipping for them
If you are replacing the stock radio you will need a hook up kit and harness which are 25.00.

man that sounds pretty sweet. the one i got from you John is ok but hard as hell to see during the day. this may be my upgrade. plus i still havent figured out the ipod thing haha :lol: will these be available for a while?

Which did you get? None I have ever installed are difficult to see unless in very direct and very bright sunlight (rare). Perhaps you have a dimmer issue?

it was a cheap jvc unit not ever sure of the model. i just wanted some thing that actually recieved FM radio rather then the stock pos.

These are 08 models. You can also do lay a way on these. Rich He has a JVC double din thats not real fancy. Dave you should wear sun glasses?

i would if i could. Glasses suck! im not real ofnd of the one i have so ill probably be ready to up grade by summer time. ill let ya know John

I gotcha. I assumed it was an AVIC.

For the record and others viewing this thread, the AVH and AVIC screen stand up pretty well to light. It is rare the sun shines on it just right to wash it out. Even then, they are still readable, they just loose some contrast. ANY flat screen would do the same.
