There are centrifuges that are use in place of filters that do a great job on diesel trucks.....not sure they are even available for cars yet.....and probably very expensive!!:shake:
I'll just stick with my FL-1A and 5K mile changes since they have served me well so far......165K++ and still...:burnout::burnout:.... .:D

I'm running a Motorcraft with a magnet... I change the filter & my synthetic every 3 months regardless of mileage.

Unless you want to replace your engine stay away from these types of oil filters, if they were so good the manufactures would be putting them on all of the new cars, anyone here ever cut open a used oil filter after 3000 to 5000 miles, its pretty disgusting, where are you going to clean that oil filter, in your sink, I have heard warnings about used motor oil causing cancer, I cannot see soap and water cleaning all the junk out, when I change my oil I wear old clothes for only that purpose, because if you get used oil on them you cannot clean it off. This stainless steel media sounds like something for race car engines that are torn down and rebuilt after each racing season, nobody on BITOG endorsed this product.
